Ok. I picked "article" under components/com_content, and now my custom css class seems to work fine (even though I didn't really do anything in the override version other than adding "This is my modified article style." to confirm it worked).Yes, they are compatible with Joomla 5.
As for article date, if I want it to appear on all articles aside from the ones on my default home section, and my About-us section, what should I change in the override? An if-else that checks against the urls? (in this case "http://localhost/Joomla_5.0.3/index.php" & "http://localhost/Joomla_5.0.3/index.php/om-oss" should feature dateless articles)
